DESCRIPTION:<em><strong>Cookery class 13 to 16 yrs</strong></em>\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nWe are going all out French using Comté: the ultimate French cheese for cooking!\n\nWe will be making –<em><strong> </strong><strong>Chicken Comté</strong></em> served with smashed baby potatoes and chive butter.\n\nThis week our Teen Chefs will work with this marvellous cheese highly prized for many reasons.
