DESCRIPTION:<em><strong>Cookery class 13 to 16 yrs</strong></em>\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nJanuary a time for Winter Warmers.\n\nPost-Christmas and cold weather equals a time for hearty, comforting meals.\n\nThis week we will be making - <em><strong>Classic lasagne</strong></em>\n\nMaking a lasagne is a labour of love, one where the rewards are evident in every mouthful. This classic lasagne is hearty, comforting and will leave you wanting more. Just perfect for cold days when you need something warm and filling.\n\nLasagne is, for many, the ultimate comfort food - rich mince, creamy béchamel sauce and layers of tender pasta are a match made in heaven.  Our dish will have slight variation with the addition of bacon which will give the Beef a boost of rich flavour.\n\nA structurally sound dish that combines a slow-cooked, meaty ragù, smooth béchamel sauce which is the most classic white sauce, one of the five mother sauces of French cuisine and added between layers of pasta makes for the ultimate classic lasagne.\n\nThis weeks recipe will contain the following of the main 14 allergens as ingredients.\n** Not considered one of the 14 main allergens listed for information only.\n<ul>\n 	<li>Celery/Celeriac</li>\n 	<li>Cereals</li>\n 	<li>Egg</li>\n 	<li>Fish</li>\n 	<li>Milk/Lactose</li>\n 	<li>Sulphites</li>\n 	<li>**Pork</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>You must detail any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking.</strong>\n\nA work area will be provided that does not have the ingredients you are allergic to but the attendee is responsible for avoiding allergens and any risk they pose.\n\nAlthough every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination with other allergens, due to the nature of the kitchen in use there is a risk that food prepared/served on site may contain other allergens not specified, i.e. ingredients may contain or have been prepared on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, soya and shellfish and other allergens.\n\nNo responsibility will be accepted for anyone who consumes any food taken off site from a cookery class.\n<p style="text-align: center;">************************************************************************************************************</p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>***Full Terms & Conditions can be read during the registration process***</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Minimum of 5 bookings per session are required for the classes to go ahead\n</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;">~~~</p>
