DESCRIPTION:<em><strong>Cookery class 8 to 12 yrs</strong></em>\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nIt is British Pie Week\n\nThis week we will be making – <em><strong>Chicken, leek and mushroom pot pie</strong></em>\n\nTo coincide with British Pie Week 2022 which falls in the first week of March 7-13, 2022\n\nThis is one of the most delicious weeks of the year,  whether savoury or sweet, pies are a comforting way to enjoy a variety of ingredients.  Whether encased in flaky pastry or topped with mash, pies make a hearty, meal.\n\nNo other country does meat pies quite like Britain.  Once you've mastered the basic art of ingredient preparation the filling and flavour combinations are endless.   With high quality ready-made pastry easily available these days – even Mary Berry admits to using shop bought.\n\nThis weeks recipe will contain the following of the main 14 allergens as ingredients.\n** Not considered one of the 14 main allergens listed for information only.\n<ul>\n 	<li>Celery/Celeriac</li>\n 	<li>Cereals</li>\n 	<li>Eggs</li>\n 	<li>Milk/Lactose</li>\n 	<li>Sulphites</li>\n 	<li>**</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>You must detail any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking.</strong>\n\nA work area will be provided that does not have the ingredients you are allergic to but the attendee is responsible for avoiding allergens and any risk they pose.\n\nAlthough every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination with other allergens, due to the nature of the kitchen in use there is a risk that food prepared/served on site may contain other allergens not specified, i.e. ingredients may contain or have been prepared on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, soya and shellfish and other allergens.\n\nNo responsibility will be accepted for anyone who consumes any food taken off site from a cookery class.\n<p style="text-align: center;">************************************************************************************************************</p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>***Full Terms & Conditions can be read during the registration process***</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Minimum of 5 bookings per session are required for the classes to go ahead\n</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;">~~~</p>
