DESCRIPTION:<em><strong>Cookery class 8 to 12 yrs</strong></em>\n\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nThis week we will be making – <em><strong>Chicken Suprême with mushrooms & smashed new potatoes with chive butter</strong></em>\n\nThis classic chicken suprême recipe, with its retro-bistro charm, works beautifully with buttered boiled potatoes.  Chicken suprême (<em class="article-body__emphasis mc-text--italic">suprême de volaille</em> in French) refers to a specific cut of chicken—specifically, a boneless skinless chicken breast.\n\nSuprême sauce (or sauce suprême) is a classic sauce in French cuisine. Suprême sauce derives from velouté sauce, a “mother sauce” traditionally made from roux (a mixture of butter and flour) and meat stock—in this case, chicken stock.  The sauce is reduced with double cream.\n\nRather than a traditional suprême sauce for his chicken suprême recipe, we will deglaze the  pan with an alcohol free wine and add shallots, mushrooms, garlic, and thyme to create a delicious pan sauce.\n\nThis weeks recipe will contain the following of the main 14 allergens as ingredients.\n** Not considered one of the 14 main allergens listed for information only.\n<ul>\n 	<li>Celery/Celeriac</li>\n 	<li>Cereals</li>\n 	<li>Milk/Lactose</li>\n 	<li>Sulphites</li>\n 	<li>**Pork/Alcohol free wine</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>You must detail any dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking.</strong>\n\nA work area will be provided that does not have the ingredients you are allergic to but the attendee is responsible for avoiding allergens and any risk they pose.\n\nAlthough every care is taken to avoid cross-contamination with other allergens, due to the nature of the kitchen in use there is a risk that food prepared/served on site may contain other allergens not specified, i.e. ingredients may contain or have been prepared on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, soya and shellfish and other allergens.\n\nNo responsibility will be accepted for anyone who consumes any food taken off site from a cookery class.\n<p style="text-align: center;">************************************************************************************************************</p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>***Full Terms & Conditions can be read during the registration process***</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>Minimum of 5 bookings per session are required for the classes to go ahead\n</em></strong></p>\n<p style="text-align: center;">~~~</p>
